The Forge serves American cuisine with a creative twist. The menu draws you in, offering tantalizing herb-infused escargot, tropical sea bass with avocado salsa and prime rib grilled over aromatic Tuscan oak wood. Beef is a favorite, and the 16-ounce aged "Super Steak" has been named the nation's number one steak by "Wine Spectator Magazine." In regard to wine, the cellar is home to an enormous collection – more than 300,000 bottles of various vintages! Finish your meal with a rich Belgian chocolate soufflé (takes 30 minutes, so order in advance). Reservations required.
